Dario is a personal organization app designed to help users sort clothing, bags, and cosmetics by using photos, usage frequency, and optional notes to generate simple Keep / Maybe / Let Go suggestions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have regarding your data.
Dario is intended as a private organizing and record-keeping tool. It is not a shopping app, resale app, valuation service, or biometric analysis service. We aim to keep data collection limited to what is needed to provide the app’s features and to maintain local records and related functionality.
We keep data only for as long as it is needed to provide app functionality or as required for limited operational purposes:
If you delete your account, we will remove stored local records associated with that account on the device, subject to the limitations of the device environment and any data already removed from the app’s storage.
We use information only to provide and improve the app’s core functionality, including batch creation, local sorting suggestions, history display, keep-list management, feedback handling, and account-related operations.
We do not use your information for AI training, advertising, profiling, or selling. We do not use user data to build marketing profiles, target ads, or make unrelated commercial decisions about you.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data.
We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party for their own use.
We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We may use limited third-party services for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic infrastructure operations only. Any such service providers act solely on our behalf and under our instructions. They are bound by contractual obligations to protect data security and are not permitted to use user data for any purpose beyond what we instruct.
Third-party service providers are not allowed to use data for advertising, user profiling, AI training, model optimization, their own business purposes, redistribution, or independent access to your content.
We do not knowingly allow any third party to independently access, use, or disclose user content except as necessary to provide the contracted infrastructure service and only under our direction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or our data practices. If we make material changes, we will provide an updated policy within the app or through another appropriate notice method. Your continued use of Dario after the updated policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, secure storage practices, limited internal access, and transmission protections where appropriate.
However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any account credentials used with the app.
Dario does not perform facial recognition, facial identification, biometric analysis, or face-template creation. The app is not designed to analyze identity, emotion, attractiveness, age, or any other biometric characteristic.
If a photo is used during processing, it is handled only for the purpose of personal organization and sorting support. Any such processing data is deleted after processing is completed, unless the user intentionally retains it in the app’s local records.
Depending on the infrastructure used to operate the service, your information may be processed or stored in different countries or regions. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and that service providers handle data according to our instructions and applicable legal requirements.

Any AI-related processing used by Dario is performed only on our own internal servers. We do not use third-party AI services to process user data.
User data used for AI-related processing is handled only for the requested feature, deleted after processing is completed, and is not used for model training, model optimization, or unrelated secondary purposes.
We do not use your content to build generalized AI datasets, and we do not permit third parties to use your content for AI training or their own model development.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Dario, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and handling of information described here. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use the app.
